RETURN POLICY
Hassle-Free Doorstep Returns!
We want to make returns as simple as possible for you. Here's how it works:
1. A wrong product is being delivered other than what you had ordered or if an item is missing during delivery, confirm it with the delivery executive, and we'll process your refund promptly.
2. Product is substantially damaged or deteriorated in quality at the time of delivery, confirm it with the delivery executive, and we'll process your refund promptly.
Post-delivery concerns?
You may return the eligible products, provided that the products are sealed/unopened/unused and in original condition, by contacting your Bazoogar or our customer support through the app. You agree that you shall give all the requisite proofs including but not limited to images of products having issues.
Refund: When you return the products, upon verification of the products and the documents relating thereto, the refund amount for such products which are eligible for return as per the terms of use will be processed within reasonable time frame from the date of verifying and confirming the refund request. The refund amount of prepaid orders will be credited to the source account. It may take some time for the refund to appear on your account statement. Refunds are subject to processing times by your financial institution or payment gateway service provider. In the event of a refund for cash-on-delivery orders, the refund value will be credited to the customer’s store credit which can be used for subsequent purchases.
