CANCELLATION POLICY

 

1. You may cancel your order at any time until the time it is dispatched for delivery. Please refer to our separate Return Policy for returns during delivery or post-delivery options.In case of acceptance of cancellation of any order, you will not be charged for such cancellations and you will receive a refund for any payment already made, as early as practically possible.
 
How to Cancel an Order

 • Open the Bazoo app and log into your account
• Navigate to Profile > Orders > Select the specific order you wish to cancel > Tap on the X (Cancel Order) button > Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.
 
 2. Your order may be canceled (in full or partially) for the reasons including shortage or unavailability of certain Products or force majeure events, nonavailability of services, unforeseen circumstances, delivery-related issues or if there are concerns regarding fraudulent activity or non-compliance with terms of use. In case of cancellation of any order, you will receive a refund for any payment already made, as early as practically possible.
